Every falling Star is about a boy named Sungju who was forced at the age of 12 to live on the streets and deal with everything including eating and making money. He has had a very tough journey and people today should be thankful that they are going to school and have a place to sleep every night. When Sungju was 12 things were different then, then they were today. Back then he was struggling a lot, he was having trouble feeding himself while today all we have to do is open up a closet that can have tons of snacks in there. He also had to sleep on the ground floor sometimes while today we have beds, blankets, and some people sleep in sleeping bags. Another thing Sungju didn’t have was the amount of technology today. They had some radio systems but didn’t have TV’s, Phones, and computers. My journey is a breeze compared to his. If we switched places for an entire month I think I wouldn’t be able to do it after the first day or two. The closest thing I have experienced to him not being able to eat for a very long time near 12 hours is probably not have breakfast in the morning and then having lunch last period in school.
